Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, password (stored in hashed format), profile picture, bio, and any other information you choose to provide.
Identity Verification
For creator monetization features, we may collect government-issued identification, date of birth, address, tax identification numbers, and banking or payment information to comply with legal requirements.
Content You Create
We collect videos, livestreams, comments, messages, and other content you create, upload, or share through our Services.
Communications
When you contact us directly, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, and the content of your message.
Wallet and Blockchain Information
If you connect a cryptocurrency wallet or engage with Web3 features, we collect your public wallet address(es), transaction history related to our platform, and NFT holdings relevant to platform features. We do not collect or store private keys.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device and Usage Information
We automatically collect device identifiers, IP addresses, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, click patterns, and interaction data with content and features.
Location Information
With your consent, we may collect precise geolocation data. We also infer approximate location from your IP address.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities, preferences, and to provide personalized experiences.

To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests; to verify identity for regulatory compliance (KYC/AML); and to fulfill tax reporting obligations.

To analyze usage patterns, measure the effectiveness of our Services, and conduct research to improve user experience.
Web3 and Blockchain Operations
To facilitate NFT minting, transfers, and display; to process cryptocurrency transactions; to verify token-gated access; and to interact with smart contracts on your behalf when you initiate such actions.
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
Public Information
Your profile information, posted content, and certain activity (such as likes and comments) may be publicly visible according to your privacy settings.
With Your Consent
We may share your information with third parties when you direct us to do so or provide explicit consent.
Service Providers
We share information with vendors, consultants, and service providers who need access to perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support, identity verification, and content delivery.

Blockchain Transactions
Transactions conducted on public blockchains are inherently public. Your wallet address and transaction history on the blockchain are visible to anyone. We cannot control or delete information recorded on public blockchains.
4. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, as necessary to provide you with our Services, and as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Content you post may remain on the platform even after account deletion if it has been shared, reposted, or otherwise distributed by other users, or if retention is necessary for legal or legitimate business purposes.
Blockchain data, including NFTs and transaction records, cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.
5. DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure servers, access controls, regular security assessments, and employee training.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and wallet private keys.
6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Account Settings
You can update your profile information, privacy settings, and communication preferences through your account settings.
Access and Portability
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy in a portable format.
Correction
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to certain exceptions (legal obligations, fraud prevention, blockchain data).
Opt-Out of Marketing
You can opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or adjusting your notification settings.
Cookie Preferences
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie consent tool where available.
Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or higher age if required by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
