Effective Date: March 2026 By signing up or using Streamlivr, you agree to this User Agreement and Policies. Please read carefully.
1. Welcome to Streamlivr
Streamlivr is a creator-focused social and livestreaming platform where users can:
Post videos, photos, and memes
Livestream to fans globally
Engage in chat and community discussions
Monetize their content via Streamcards, gifts, tips, and token rewards
Use an integrated wallet to send, receive, and withdraw funds across supported chains
Streamlivr’s mission is to empower creators, reward engagement, and provide a safe, transparent environment for everyone.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
Minimum Age: You must be 13 years or older to create an account.
Eligibility: Users under 18 may require parental consent where legally required.
Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. False information can result in suspension or termination.
Security: Keep your password and wallet credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Wallet & Token Use
Wallet Options: Users may connect an existing web3 wallet or create one in-app.
Token Rewards (LIVR): Streamlivr rewards creators and users through the LIVR token and Streamcards.
Token Risk: LIVR tokens are digital assets subject to market volatility. Streamlivr does not guarantee token value or returns.
Buy/Sell Fees: Certain transactions may include platform-defined fees for liquidity and maintenance.
Security & Responsibility: Users are responsible for securing their wallets. Lost private keys or credentials are irrecoverable.
Prohibited Behavior: No fraudulent activity, token manipulation, or use of bots is allowed. Violations may result in fund confiscation or account termination.
4. Creator Monetization & Streamcards
Revenue Split: Creators receive 90% of all gifts/tips paid in LIVR. If paid in any other currency like USDT, creator gets 70%). Streamcard earnings stay 70% for all creators, unless otherwise stated in specific campaigns.
Eligibility: To qualify, creators must have a verified account and adhere to Community Guidelines.
Payment Processing: Withdrawals settle typically within minutes. Issues should be reported to support.
Audit & Enforcement: Streamlivr may review creator engagement. Payments may be adjusted or terminated if suspicious activity is detected.
5. Community Guidelines
Streamlivr strives for a safe and respectful environment. All users must follow these rules:
Respect Others:
No harassment, threats, bullying, or hate speech.
No targeting based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
Content Rules:
All posted content (videos, photos, memes, livestreams) must be original or properly licensed.
No pornography, illegal content, or content that promotes violence.
Music must come from Streamlivr’s licensed library or legally authorized sources.
Livestream Rules:
Do not impersonate others.
Do not share sensitive personal information.
Livestreams violating rules may be suspended or removed.
Chat & Interaction:
No spam, scams, phishing, or advertising unrelated products/services.
Private information of others may not be shared without consent.
Meme Generator Use:
Must comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.
Offensive or abusive memes targeting individuals or groups are prohibited.
Reporting & Enforcement:
Use in-app tools to report content or users.
Streamlivr may issue warnings, suspend, or terminate accounts.
6. KYC / AML Compliance
For financial transactions or withdrawals:
Identity Verification: Users may need to complete KYC before withdrawing funds.
Anti-Money Laundering: Transactions are monitored for suspicious activity.
Suspicious Activity: Streamlivr reserves the right to freeze or review accounts in accordance with Nigerian AML laws and regulations.
International Users: Users outside Nigeria must comply with their local laws for financial transactions.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Streamlivr collects personal and transactional data. We commit to:
Transparent data collection and usage
Allowing users to access, delete, or export their data
Protecting data with industry-standard security measures
Complying with GDPR, NDPR, and applicable data protection laws

8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original content.
By posting on Streamlivr, you grant Streamlivr a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.
Users must not post copyrighted material without permission. Violations may result in content removal or account termination.
9. Age & Safety
Minors may access the platform with restrictions.
Child exploitation, abuse, or harassment is strictly prohibited.
Users are encouraged to report any unsafe behavior immediately.
10. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Streamlivr Pro Subscription: Unlocks higher limits, better engagement, and meme generation capacity.
Payments: Must be made via official channels. Bypassing approved payment systems is prohibited.
Refunds: Subject to platform policies and app store guidelines.
11. Reporting, Moderation & Enforcement
Streamlivr uses a combination of automated systems and human moderators.
Enforcement actions may include:
Warning
Content removal
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
Legal action in severe cases
Users may appeal moderation decisions via support.
12. Updates to Policies
Streamlivr may update these policies periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Major changes will be communicated in-app and via email where applicable.
13. Agreement Acknowledgment
By creating a Streamlivr account, you acknowledge that you:
Have read and understood these User Agreement & Policies
Agree to comply with all rules, financial obligations, and legal disclosures
Accept the risk associated with digital tokens, wallets, and online interactions
